Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Lunna collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email hello@getlunna.app.

1. Who we are

Lunna ("we," "us") is a service of GreenPrint Garden, operating the wellness app at getlunna.app. Contact: hello@getlunna.app.

2. Information we collect

Account info: first name, email address.
Profile info you provide: age range, sex, units, current weight, goal weight, activity level, dietary style, food preferences, allergies, foods you dislike, protein target.
Usage data: daily check-ins, streaks, chat messages with the AI coach, plan generations, trial state.
Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a customer ID and subscription status; we do not see or store your card number.
Technical data: basic browser and device information needed to deliver the app (user agent, IP address as part of standard server logs).

3. How we use it

To provide the coaching service — generate plans, respond to chat, track your trial and subscription.
To send transactional emails (welcome, trial-ending, billing receipts, account notices).
To debug issues and improve the product.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Service providers we use

Provider	Purpose
Anthropic	Generates AI coaching responses and meal plans. Chat content is sent to Anthropic's API to produce a response.
Stripe	Processes subscription payments. Stripe handles your card data directly.
Supabase	Database that stores your profile and usage data (US region).
Vercel	Hosts the application.
Google Workspace	Powers the hello@getlunna.app inbox and outbound transactional email.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. They process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

5. Cookies and local storage

Lunna uses your browser's local storage to remember your trial state, daily quota counters, and basic session info. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise any of these, email hello@getlunna.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

You can:

Update your profile in-app.
Cancel your subscription anytime — see the Terms for details.
Request full deletion of your account and data by emailing us.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. After deletion, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited time before being purged.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including TLS in transit and access controls on our backend. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting you, we'll notify you in line with applicable law.

9. Children

Lunna is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. International users

Lunna is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
