By creating an account or using Lunna, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Lunna provides conversational AI coaching focused on protein intake, daily check-ins, and personalized meal suggestions. Lunna is a wellness tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lunna. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your account. Don't share your account with others. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Lunna app, brand, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. The information you submit (your goals, check-ins, chat messages) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it to provide the service.
Lunna uses third-party AI models to generate meal plans and coaching responses. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat suggestions as a starting point, not personalized medical or nutritional advice. You are responsible for the choices you make based on the service.
Lunna is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific health outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunna and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Lunna and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for any reason that affects the security or integrity of the service.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
